Elaine Thomas,

QBA founding executive member grew up in Wales (U.K.) where she obtained various musical experiences education leading to a Masters degree in performance on the clarinet.  She has lived in Laval for 12 years, gained a Bachelor’s degree in music teaching from UQAM and now teaches band in Laval.  Elaine plays clarinet in the Ensemble Sinfonia de Montreal and is currently working with the sub-committee to prepare for the annual QBA Honour Band.
