The Quebec Band Association is proud to announce its fifth annual Provincial Honour Band.  This even will give your most dedicated students the opportunity to rehearse and perform with other motivated young musicians from all over Quebec.  This event will culminate with a showcase concert on the evening of Saturday, February 7, 2009.  For more information, please e-mail us or contact a QBA representative.
