Musical Director sought for an adult concert band in the West Island on Wednesday evenings. We start our season in September with a break for winter holidays and we resume in February until June/July. We also have several concerts throughout the year including the summer months. The band is primarily an anglophone group so rehearsals are conducted in English. This is a paid position. Ideally, the candidate is a music teacher, employed or retired, or has solid experience conducting concert bands, and who is able to embrace the challenges of an adult band (ranging from teens to older seniors) and help improve the playing of the band. We rehearse in Kirkland, in the West Island of Montreal. If you are interested please contact Kathleen with your phone number and email. kathtrumpet@gmail.com
